Where We Ship From

Every Tokyo 32 order is packed and dispatched from Polokwane, Limpopo, South Africa.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 1-2 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (launches, promotions), processing may take slightly longer — we'll let you know if that's the case.

Delivery Times & Rates

We ship via trusted South African courier partners. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban and surrounds): 1-3 business days
Outlying areas and small towns: 2-5 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees — delivery times can be affected by courier volumes, weather, or address accessibility.

Standard shipping is R160. Orders of R1200 or more ship free.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's progress.

We currently ship within South Africa only.
