Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur — if we find a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before processing and give you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you're making an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, in cases of suspected fraud or stock unavailability). We accept payment via Payfast and direct EFT. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received. Order confirmation and shipping details are covered in our Shipping Policy.

Product Use & Disclaimer

Our products are cosmetic skincare items, not medical treatments. Always patch-test new products and check ingredient lists if you have known allergies or sensitivities. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from misuse, undisclosed allergies, or failure to patch-test. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

Authenticity

All products sold by Tokyo 32 are sourced directly from the brands or their authorised distributors and are 100% authentic.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Tokyo 32 and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokyo 32 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
